Psalm 139:5-6 “You hem me in - behind and before; you have laid your hand upon me. Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too lofty for me to attain.”

It can be a song, it can be a verse, but something will remind me of how unworthy I am to be called a child of God, the grace of God seems so much more than I can bear. I can feel His hand on me, leading, guiding, and protecting, but at times the knowledge is just so uncomprehendingly out of my realm of understanding. I cannot run from His presence or hide my thoughts from Him - He knows me and yet He still loves me. He knew before He went to the Cross what I am, and yet He still chose redemption. No earthly payment could ever begin to repay Him, but I will try to live each day so that He will know how grateful I am for this free gift - salvation.
