Recruit, Train and Lead all Student Ministry leaders and volunteers through regular meetings, events and communication. Discipleship and growth track of core group of student leaders. Lead and plan high energy weekly services that offer passionate worship, creative teaching and opportunities for relational community. Lead and plan regular events to offer relational opportunities for each student as well as an opportunity for new students to engage our Student Ministries. Offer steady, consistent growth in leadership teams, attendance in weekly services, events, marketing and accessibility to our Student Ministries.
