The Worship Pastor is a spiritual and organizational leader who oversees the worship ministry of Hilltop Family Church. Oversight of the worship ministry includes, but is not limited to, working alongside our Lead Pastor to craft a Sunday morning environment that is creative, done with excellence and relevant to our everyday lives; developing and nurturing a team of individuals that will use music and the arts throughout the organization with the purpose of creating opportunities for people to take a next step toward Jesus; and to balance the needs of an older generation while making inroads to the next generation through contemporary worship music.
