Approximately 240 members with one service on Sunday at 10:40am PCC is a great place to work using your God given talents to worship and expand on your faith journey Work attire other than Sunday is casual (jeans etc.), on Sunday it is encouraged to dress appropriately (suit and tie not required) Opportunities are available based on your skill set and enthusiasm to work with all age groups and personnel Section 2: Information about the role Job title: Director of Music Ministries Purpose of the position: to lead worship with enthusiasm and sensitivity High level overview of responsibilities: Work with pastors weekly to develop corporate worship services that are enthusiastic and spirit filled Individual must be able to supervise and lead both paid and volunteer staff of musicians and tech team Ability to work competently during the week without supervision Requirements: ability to lead worship with instrumentation (ie keyboard, guitar, piano etc.), and vocals. Director of Music Ministries, Tampa FL Part Time Salary: TBD (approx.. $300 weekly) Principal Function. – The Director of Music Ministries is responsible to the church and the pastors for developing and promoting the music ministry of the church.
