Apply for This Job Director of Children's and Family Ministries Greeley Wesleyan Church Greeley, CO Posted: January 27, 2016     Job Information: Greeley Wesleyan Church of northern Colorado is seeking a full time DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY MINISTRIES immediately. The position will oversee all aspects of a currently thriving ministry to children (nursery, preschool, elementary and grade 5 & 6), supervise paid and volunteer staff, and build upon the successful long-term effectiveness in order to develop a contemporary family ministry model. Currently, approximately 200-300 children are ministered to on a weekly basis, with 700 attending Vacation Bible School each June. The perfect candidate will have a love of Jesus and children, a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, practical experience in children's ministry as a volunteer or staff, and be a good administrator, collaborative, innovative, missional, relational, technologically savvy, high energy, self motivated and with an excellent ability to recruit and motivate volunteers. In addition, candidates should be familiar with current trends and best practices as they relate to children's and family ministry.
