We are looking for a godly, outgoing man who has a heart for children and their families. Our preference is that he has theological training at the seminary level (2 year Master's Degree or beyond) and at least five years' experience in Children's Ministry. We are a 16 year old church of about 1000, including as many as 300 kids under the age of 12 on a given Sunday, located in the community of Urbana in Frederick County, MD. We are in a recently constructed facility sitting on 20 acres with active plans to grow and develop to serve the next generation of believers.
