Do you enjoy connecting with parents and grandparents? Do you have at least three years of experience in leading a Children's Ministry? If so, Pathway Church would love to hear from you as we're seeking a full-time director to guide our vibrant and growing Children's Ministry. The qualified candidate would cast vision, provide direction, and recruit, equip and work alongside volunteer teams and other leaders in the ministry. Our director also would work with a part-time Children's Ministry staff, as well as pastors and directors in other areas. Pathway Church is located in Beaver Falls, Pa., just north of Pittsburgh, and counts nearly 1,500 regular attenders each weekend. We recently opened a 26,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art children's wing, which already is having a huge impact on our church and community.
