Apply for This Job Pastor One God Ministry Fairfax, VA Posted: February 06, 2020     Job Information: One God Ministry—A Global Church is seeking a bi-vocational, part time associate pastor for the location identified above. One God Ministry is a non-denominational, multi-racial, Bible-based Christian Church dedicated to the spiritual growth and enrichment of individuals and families. The Pastoral position reports to the Apostle and Spiritual Leader of One God Ministry, headquartered in Fairfax, VA. The successful candidate will bring the following: Education: A Bachelor's Degree is required. A Masters in Divinity and education in ministry, religious studies, and other relevant areas are preferred. One God Ministry also values non-ministerial education, including professional and secular education in diverse fields. Experience: Ministerial and/or pastoral experience is required. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of service as a pastor, preferably a senior pastor, and experience in leading ministries, evangelism, teaching, and preaching. One God Ministry also values a broad-based skill set including non-ministerial experience, professional and secular employment, leadership, and management in diverse fields. Personal Spirituality: The ideal candidate (Associate Pastor) will be spiritual person with a strong commitment to Jesus Christ and open to the leading of the Holy Spirit. From the Holy Spirit's leading, commitment, and faithfulness all ministry flows. Ideally the candidate will be married to one wife with a strong, healthy family life, excellent character, and a commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth. Duties and Responsibilities: The primary pastoral duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: 1. Preaching, Teaching, and Revival 2. Evangelism and Winning Souls 3. Church Leadership, Management, and Coordination 4. Support Local and Overseas Missions 5. Community Outreach for Church Growth 6. Worship Leadership 7. Fund Raising 8. Member Development and Care 9.
