Position Summary:
The Associate Pastor of Youth and Ministerial Support will develop and support a ministry that seeks to help every 6th through 12th grader connected to the church make steps toward a deeper maturity in Christ and in keeping with the mission and values of the Global Methodist Church and Lincolnton Methodist Church.
In addition, this position will support the pastor by preaching once per month, the preaching topic will align with the current sermon series established by the Pastor, and the youth will be integrated into this monthly worship service. Visit the shut-ins when the Pastor is not able. Support the Pastor in other areas. In addition, s/he will maintain the Church website and be the liaison between the Church and service providers.
