Firmly rooted in biblical truth and committed to sharing the Gospel, our church is looking for a dynamic leader to carry on and further the works that the church family is currently doing for the kingdom and glory of God.  https://www.newlifealpena.org/ Key Responsibilities: -Preaching and Teaching: Deliver biblically sound, engaging, and relevant sermons that inspire spiritual growth and application of God's Word. Oversee teaching ministries to ensure alignment with evangelical, Spirit-filled doctrine. - Visionary Leadership: Collaborate with the elders, church board and leadership team to cast a God-honoring vision for the church's future, fostering growth in faith, outreach, and community impact. - Pastoral Care: Provide compassionate pastoral care, including counseling, visitation, and support for members during life's joys and challenges. - Discipleship and Ministry Development: Equip and empower members to grow in their faith, develop their gifts, and oversee various ministries, including youth, worship/music ministry, missions, etc. - Community Engagement: Lead the church in outreach initiatives, building relationships within the local community and partnering with ministries to share the love of Christ. - Administration: Oversee/assist with church operations, including staff leadership, working with the finance committee on budget planning, and coordination with elders or deacons to ensure alignment with the church's mission.
