At Southridge Church, the children's ministry is a primary component of serving our church body and the community. As the Children's Ministry Director, you will be charged with the programming and development work needed for the role. Another key component of this ministry is guiding the children into a personal walk with Christ. If your heart beats like this, you could be what we seek. This is a full-time (40 hour per week) position. Work will be required to support the Sunday morning programming; evening work may be required at times. The Children's Ministry Director will work mainly with children from nursery - 5th grade and will collaborate with the Youth Ministry Director and other staff on programming and special events.
