The Bridge Church in Idaho Falls, ID is a non-denominational church that is looking for either an Executive Pastor who will work alongside the Senior Pastor to oversee the ministries of the church and to care for the congregation, or a discipleship pastor with musical and tech experience to help build and strengthen the ministries of the church. We are looking for an impactful and relational leader who works well with details and consistently delivers excellence. You must be able to work well in a collaborative environment and will be expected to help motivate and equip the staff of the church to pursue excellence and consistency when it comes to ministry. You must be able to teach and preach when called upon and oversee the staff when the Senior Pastor is unavailable. Staff experience in a medium or large sized church is preferred.
