Preach engaging and relevant sermons that communicate the whole counsel of Scripture, inspiring and challenging the congregation. Lead in the ordinances of baptism and communion. Shepherd and care for the spiritual well-being of the congregation through pastoral counseling, visitation, and prayer. Foster a culture of discipleship and spiritual growth, equipping and empowering individuals to deepen their relationship with Christ. Collaborate with church leadership and ministry teams to plan and implement church events. Build and maintain strong relationships with the congregation, demonstrating love, empathy, and accessibility. Engage in outreach and evangelism efforts, actively seeking opportunities to share the gospel and serve the community. Foster a spirit of unity within the church.
