This pastor must meet all the biblical qualifications of an elder and have a clear sense of God's call to pastoral ministry. We seek a pastor who uses God's Word as the basis and source of truth in teaching and preaching, and who is able to clearly communicate a biblical vision for the people, inspiring them to pursue it. We seek an effective leader committed to equipping the people to use their spiritual gifts within the body and also in community outreach with appropriate accountability. Since a core purpose of Community Bible Chapel is the building up of the body through the teaching of God's Word and being a part in the worldwide spread of the gospel, we seek an individual who is passionate about discipling and has a commitment to world missions.
