We value: + Loving Differently (Romans 12:9-10) + Thinking Legacy (Psalm 78:4-6) + Living Real (1 John 1:8-10) + Growing our Faith (2 Timothy 2:2) + Celebrating Stories (John 17:20-21) WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING: + Direct the Warehouse Kids Ministry Leaders to shepherd children from birth through the 5th grade and partner with their parents to help them grow in their faith. + Strategically recruit volunteers according to their skills and giftings and oversee the onboarding process. + Lead and disciple volunteers; invest in them relationally, create opportunities to show appreciation, and provide ongoing training + Ensure weekly schedule is adequate for each environment + Work with Warehouse Kids Ministry Leaders to make sure all curriculum needs are met + Participate in and/or plan Warehouse Kids ministry events throughout the year + Participate in weekly huddle meetings on Sunday mornings and monthly All Staff meetings. OUR MUST HAVES: + Associate degree preferred with two or more years of children's ministry experience + Highly relational with proven communication skills. + Able to cast vision + Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills + Hardworking multi-tasker: ability to prioritize competing tasks/issues quickly + Effective budgeting skills + Teachable spirit + A passion for ministry to children, parents, and volunteers and to see them grow in their faith. + Experience in collaboration; being a team player + Must be a faithful follower of Jesus with a true calling and passion for ministry. + Already a partner or will become a partner of Warehouse Church who supports our church's mission, vision, and values.
