About the Position:
The Pastor will serve the church by providing a balanced ministry of preaching, teaching, pastoral care and organizational leadership to the congregation for the glory of God. In addition, the Pastor will work in partnership with the deacons, church staff, and ministry leaders to fulfill the vision and mission of the church and promote discipleship among the congregation.

Pastoral Qualifications:
Ordained minister
Pastor (Feeder of the Flock) – One who devotes himself to the welfare of the church. Leads by example, serving in humility, not seeking self-recognition, but primarily concerned with protecting the flock of God.
Overseer – One who oversees all church activities, programs and ministries. He is a good steward, patient, tactful, prudent, teachable, and not tempted by financial gain. (1 Timothy 3:2-3; Titus 1:7-8).
Elder – Mature spiritual leader whose family reflects a Christ-centered, peaceful life. (Titus1:5-6).

Education
Minimum Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Theology
o (Master's preferred)

Experience
At least five years (preferably 10 years) of pastoral experience
A history of involvement in church life
