Music: Lead Sunday morning worship with acoustic/electric guitar (in rotation with other leaders) Oversee / Lead worship for Sunday evening High School Ministry (in coordination w/Student Ministries Pastor) Oversee / Lead worship for Wednesday evening Middle School Ministry (in coordination w/Student Ministries Pastor) Coach and build into volunteers helping them to become better musicians/leaders 2. Live Audio / Video / Lighting: Support A/V/L needs for services/events Support / maintain A/V/L equipment Coach / train volunteers on A/V/L equipment as necessary Oversee stage setup in worship center and youth room 3. Audio / Video Production: Create audio/video material from concept to completion including ministry promos, announcements, interviews, testimonies, etc. (in coordination w/Worship Pastor and other Pastoral Staff as needed) Coordinate with staff / talent to film video / record audio, including equipment setup, operation, and teardown for both on and offsite events. 4.
