Location Worship & Production Director- Lititz, PA, Lancaster, PA - Pennsylvania

Worship Responsibilities

o Lead worship for the services of Victory Church as scheduled by the Worship Pastor.
o Assist in the planning and implementation of the music.
o Assist in the training and coordination of Victory Church Worship vocal/band teams.
o Assist the Worship Pastor with department planning and implementation of department projects and assist in achieving weekly goals.
o Contact potential Serve Team members and help them go through the process of becoming a member of the Worship Team.
o Assist in the care of the Victory Worship Serve Team.
o Participate and help accomplish major Victory Church Worship projects and department goals.

Production Responsibilities

o Training and equipping the volunteer team for the campus to use Production equipment for all positions as needed
o Maintain Production equipment to good operational and safe standards
o Oversee the scheduling of Production volunteer teams
o Communicate to Production Director for purchase of new equipment and the use of existing equipment to line up with the vision that they have provided.
o Oversee the execution of live events so they happen according to the plan provided by the ministry team responsible for the event
o Support the worship team with weekday rehearsal and weekend services

Other Duties and Responsibilities

o Assist the Location Pastor with any needs at the location.
o Assist the Worship Pastor by maintaining accurate and up to date information of Victory Worship Serve Team members on Planning Center Online.
o Provide recommendations to the Location Pastor and Production Director and Worship Pastor for budgeting for new equipment, upgrades, and repairs.
o All other duties as assigned.
