Church Alive seeks an experienced assistant to the Senior Pastors to provide support in running the overall administrative operations, with a concentration on personal support for the Senior Pastors by performing clerical functions such as calendar management, project management, email management, preparing correspondence, and running errands.
Tasks and projects are not limited to what is listed below. Church Alive staff come together as one team to accomplish the overall mission of the House with a relentless grit to do whatever it takes to pack out the Kingdom of God. And we have a blast doing it--all in the name of Jesus!
Main Responsibilities Manage Pastors Anthony & Miriam's calendars-scheduling meetings, appointments, etc. Project manager for Pastors Anthony & Miriam Personal errands, driving as needed Booking and managing all travel arrangements Managing our guest relations team (ie scheduling, booking and accommodating guest speakers) Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate team members Record, type and distribute meeting minutes File, organize and retrieve documents, records and reports Available and flexible as needs arise within the church organization Other office administration as needed
