Apply for This Job Student Ministries Director High Desert Church Victorville, CA Posted: October 22, 2021     Job Information: Position Summary: This role provides strategic oversight and creative vision for Student Ministries on the HDC Apple Valley campus in collaboration with the student ministry team. Direct Report: This position reports to the HDC Student Pastor. Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:  Recruit, equip and encourage a team of student ministry volunteers to shepherd the high school students of the HDC Apple Valley campus Oversee a weekly large group gathering for high school Oversee weekly student small groups during the school calendar year Contribute to the ongoing online expression of the student ministry Assist local schools and build Christian community Partner with parents through communication, support, and equipping Assist HDC Student Ministries through collaboration and shared responsibilities including planning and sharing the workload for all-church student events and ministry elements (online, curriculum development, camps, mission trips, etc.) Participate in general duties: o All-church special events at HDC (i.e. Christmas Eve, Oikos Conference) o HDC student team meetings and initiatives o Daily prayer meetings o Staff meetings/Retreat o Small Group Participation o Occasional Weekend Service Hosting o Pastoral care     Position Information: Position Title: Student Ministries Director Time: Full Time Category: Youth Pastor & Youth Ministry Salary: Denomination: Non-Denominational Worship Style: Church Size: 2000 - 5000   Contact Information: Organization Name: High Desert Church Address1: 14545 Hook Blvd Address2: City: Victorville State or Province: CA ZIP Code: 92394-2137 Country: USA Map this Organization: Map Contact Email: Contact this Organization   Pastorless Churches				Post a Job
