Are you called to lead efforts to establish relevant church-based ministries in a rural area? Do you want to provide leadership to a dedicated group of volunteers? What You'll Actually Be Doing: Serve as head of the Executive Leadership Team coordinating the strategic plan that supports the church's mission. Provide spirit-led, culturally-relevant preaching from Scripture at Sunday worship services. Communicate vision and motivate congregation to actively support and participate in the church's mission/vision and values. Lead discipleship and spiritual transformation effort. Minister to the spiritual needs of the congregation, in cooperation with Groups. Collaborate with leadership teams to make strategic decisions regarding ministries and operations. Strong organizational/administrative skills. Flexible, self-motivated, tough-skinned, tender-hearted. Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work, lead, and make decisions in a team setting. Bachelor's Degree, Ministerial Degree, or equivalent experience. Passion for developing new leaders and helping people serve in their area of gifting.
