The primary responsibility of the Tamarac (Spanish) Campus Ministry Assistant is to work out all logistics pertaining to the execution of campus services and activities. He or she will report directly to the Campus Pastor. This person will demonstrate organizational skills, as well as an ability to relate well with a diversity of persons: pastoral staff, office colleagues, campus leaders, members, and visitors. He or she will be a cooperative team member in relation to others who share the work environment and responsibilities.
Must speak English and Spanish Assist in the execution of campus services Coordinate campus pastor's schedule Keep track and post campus statistics (attendance, assimilation, volunteers, small groups) Schedule and coordinate campus leaders and volunteers Schedule and coordinate responsibilities with SEU students Purchase ministry materials and supplies Responsible for setting up/ breaking down of Sunday classes Providing curriculum/study guides for small groups and Sunday classes (some translation required) Coordinate with PR department media information for services Assist with social media, moderating online devotionals Schedule online recordings at the campus Schedule leadership meetings or volunteer training Assist with special gatherings and any registration-driven events Assist with Membership Class, Water Baptism Class, Baby Dedications, Weddings
