The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to create and monitor budgets; plan, execute, and report on financial affairs; manage the effective use of resources for ministry programs and the office environment; oversee the administration of compensation, benefits, and other human resource matters, including the development of staff; coordinate facility use; review and judge the appropriateness of contracts; and interact productively with a variety of lay committees with diverse areas of expertise. He or she will be committed to ensuring smooth functioning of the office and ministry environments, incorporating best non-profit business practices, to enable the ministry of a vibrant and growing congregation.
