Tozer's denomination, the Christian and Missionary Alliance. We are overseen by elders and are staff driven. Pre-covid, about 3,000 people attended on weekends. We have not slowed down. We have not coasted during this time. We have found wildly creative ways to keep the mission moving forward. It's time for us to expand our team and to broaden our reach. Can you help us do that? Our location in Redding, CA is surrounded by three National Forests with three mountain ranges pressed up against us. You can snowboard on Mount Shasta in late spring and water ski on Lake Shasta on the same day. Beauty surrounds us everyday, not to mention we have amazing fishing spots on lakes, rivers, ponds and streams. Within 30 to 40 minutes you can be lost in the tall trees of Northern California for a day hike or spend a weekend camping or hunting with family and friends. Redding is a great place to raise a family with strong schools and a great sense of community. We are looking for a Pastor who can build a high-impact Marriage Ministry and Family Ministry -- one that can serve hundreds of people at various stages of marriage or pre-marriage. We have some things already in place, but you would design and create a holistic plan to not only minister to marriages and families, but also to reach our community for Christ through groups, programs and events.
