The ideal candidate will have inspirational preaching skills along with warm and considerate pastoral skills. She/he will give herself/himself to the ministry of the Word and the leadership of the congregation. The Lead Pastor will supervise the pastoral and office staff, and will provide spiritual guidance to the Church Council, deacons and congregation. The pastor candidate must be ordained by an accredited seminary, a chartered church or by White Rock Community Church.
