Apply for This Job Lead Pastor Berean Bible Church Philadelphia, PA Posted: September 23, 2020     Job Information: We are currently seeking a part-time lead pastor to serve as the primary pastor of our congregation, with a view to full time as God grows the church. This man shall be called and equipped by God, to grow with us and help us to reach our largely Roman Catholic community with the gospel. We desire an energetic, inspired ministry leader who is passionate to accurately preach and teach the inerrant, inspired, authoritative Word of God to affect spiritual growth as he equips the saints for the work of the ministry. Participation in the following ministries/duties can be discussed on an individual basis: Preaching and Teaching: A disciplined person who has a passion to study God‘s Word and to convey that knowledge to the congregation and individuals the Lord has called him to serve. One who has a desire to see individuals and families grow in the Truth of God's Word and lead them in their growth process. Leadership: to provide oversight and direction to the elder and deacon board and to ministry leaders to fulfill their roles within the ministries of our church. Evangelism: An individual with a heart for winning souls both within the church and in our local community, and encouraging and leading our members to do the same. Discipleship: Guiding new believers in their walk with Christ through a living example and the exposition of God's Word.
