The idea candidate will be a skilled musician with strong vocal ability and will be able to hear and teach vocal parts. Must be a skilled keyboard player with the ability to rehearse a band and will be responsible to identify and train new worship team members. Must be fluent in Gospel music styling as well as current contemporary music and have the ability to read and write music charts for musicians. The Worship Arts Pastor will be responsible to schedule and organize worship teams and leaders and will lead regular practices for the worship teams. The Worship Arts Pastor must have a passion to lead God's people into worship with excellence and follow the leading of the Holy Spirit. Administration and organizational skills are required with this position as well as the leading of special services at Easter, Christmas etc. New Life Worship Center is a multi-cultural Spirit-filled church affiliated with the Church of God International in Cleveland, Tennessee, which is one of the oldest and largest Pentecostal denominations in the world.
