Worship Ministry Expectations Leading worship proficiently from guitar or keyboard Having a congregational heart towards worship (not a concert) Creating worship encounters that flow and give room for the Holy Spirit to move Planning weekly worship services with the Pastor Holding weekly worship team rehearsals. Scheduling teams and specials Audition, recruit, train, schedule, lead and pastor singers, musicians, and other worship ministry team members which includes; assisting instrumentalist to grow musically proficient, and teaching vocalist harmony. Maintaining and training technical and media volunteers Having a strong understanding of sound systems and media processes Operating proficiently in a PC and Mac environment Familiar with modern worship music (for example Bethel, Hillsong, Elevation, Tomlin, etc.)
