The ideal candidate will posses a proven track record of effective ministry to students demonstrated by spiritual health, discipleship, numeric growth, creativity and leadership development. In addition to Pastor of student ministries, the candidate would be responsible other ministry duties as directed by the Senior Pastor. Candidates need to have a good blend of creativity, communications skills and administrative skills along with a servant's heart towards senior leadership. Good oral and written communication skills, a team player, strong work ethic and a mindset that honors deadlines and weekly reporting requirements are also vital to this position, (a Bachelors degree is strongly desired). Most importantly, we desire a person with exceptional people skills, a mindset for expansion and regional influence, and one who also knows how to operate and thrive in a culture of honor and revival.
