This person will be the primary leader for this highly relational organization as it builds the capacity of churches in the Presbyterian and Reformed family of believers to proclaim, embody, and bear witness to the Good News of Jesus Christ. We are seeking a leader who is: — vibrant and growing in personal relationship with Jesus Christ through well-established disciplines of prayer, Bible study, fellowship and worship — passionate about mission, knowledgeable about missional theology and experienced in intercultural mission — marked by humility and integrity — honoring of global partners, and eager to elevate and support their leadership — theologically Reformed; a pastor, elder or active member within the broad Presbyterian family, and agile in crossing denominational lines — someone with a deep love for the church, committed to strengthening its unity — gifted relationally; able to connect and engage individuals and groups across cultures — a proven teacher, preacher and communicator — a strategic and innovative thinker — an experienced, successful fundraiser We are seeking a leader who will: — develop and oversee all facets of the organization's strategy, operation and administration — cultivate relationships with and among all stakeholders — trustees, staff, donors, partners, churches, and others — guide and equip a collaborative, multidimensional staff team — challenge and train congregations to live into their calling as agents of God's mission — inspire participation by articulating the vision and telling the stories of how God is at work through Outreach partners Interested candidates should send the following to TOFapplication@gmail.com: 1.
