Job Description: Middlebourne Baptist Church is seeking a spiritual leader who can carry out the duties as Pastor, including preparing for and delivery of sermons, shepherding and counseling the congregation and new believers, providing leadership and encouraging lay leaders, visitation of members, serving as ex-officio member of committees within the church, plan and promote church programs and missionary work, and being active in community activities to further advance the work of the church.

We have an average worship attendance of 100 and hold services on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. Those who attend our church range in all ages, with no certain age domination. We offer Sunday School for all age group. We are an active congregation participating and hosting many community activities and outreaches, namely Community Vacation Bible School, Family Fun Day, Children Youth Camp and other activities. We have youth groups for all ages that meet throughout the week as well as a Mission's Group, Men's Fellowship Group, and Ladies Group.
