Job Description: The Central Union Church is seeking a Youth Director to join our team. The position is Casual ( Advocates for youth leadership and educates the congregation about the hopes, concerns, and needs of youth in the local church and the community
Articulates a clear, consistent, and compelling vision for the Youth Ministry program rooted in the CUC mission and focused on inspiring and equipping youth for continual faith formation Develops and implements all aspects of a balanced youth ministry in the areas of Sunday morning programming, spiritual practices, worship, mission and outreach Collaborates with the Youth Ministry to recruit and train volunteers, set and assess annual goals, and to implement the vision through programs and relationships Maintains accurate and comprehensive records of events, registrations, rosters and budgets Please apply by emailing a cover letter and resume to CUCemployment@arcadia-hi.org.
