This is the day the LORD has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it. Psalm 118:24

Who are what just stole your joy for the day? God gave you a perfectly wonderful day and you just let someone rob you of your enjoyment of it! It could have been through a thoughtless comment. It may have been through an exaggerated sigh. It perhaps was an unexpected bill. But, you allowed someone or something to take a day that was a gift from God and now you just pray day’s end. Rise above! Set your mind on things above and honor the Lord with your praise. When you praise from your innermost soul it becomes not about you, but about the King of Kings!

Dear God,
Before the things in life hit today, I dedicate this day to you for your honor. May I use the words from my mouth to bless others and you.
