Psalm 113:3 “From the rising of the sun to the place where it sets, the name of the Lord is to be praised.”

Doesn’t God understand us so well? Have you ever had to define, to the letter, the chore you wanted your child to accomplish, and probably you had to give a sufficient amount of time to help guide them in their snail-like pace? Simply telling them to “clean your room” results in clothes neatly stashed in unbelievably small places, food still left on dirty plates under the bed, and the closet an accident just waiting to happen for any unsuspecting soul brave enough to open it without full combat gear. You have to list the things you want to have accomplished like an outline, with sub-categories, to help normal children who are suddenly ADD hone their organizational skills. Maybe that’s why the Psalmist tells us just exactly when we’re supposed to praise the Lord - from the rising of the sun to the setting of sun. Hmmmm...........doesn’t leave a whole lot of down time in the praise department does it?
