Job Description:
The BelieversWay Campus Pastor is a pastoral care position that oversees a BWC campus and facilitates Sunday morning services. BWC services are shown via live streaming to multiple campuses, and each campus is overseen by a campus pastor who does not preach, but does win the lost, disciple, shepherd, counsel, administrate, supervise, teach classes, encourage small groups, and ensure the overall well-being and growth of the campus team and its congregation members. This person must be spiritually mature, energetic, enthusiastic, loving and fun...administrative, excellent verbal and written communication skills, have a stage presence, be organized and strategic. This person should enjoy working with great people, seeing lives changed, and believe in a team concept to win the lost.
