Job Description:
Dynamic, contemporary church seeks full-time Men's Ministry Director. Bethel is a large multi-site church located in Washington State. The Men's Ministry Director will champion and develop godly men and families by expanding a strong existing men's ministry and coordinating cross-ministry strategies for ministering to families. Candidates should have strong leadership ability, experience in disciple-making ministry, a small-group-oriented philosophy of ministry, and an ability to partner effectively with other directors. A role on the teaching team is a possibility. Position begins in January 2010.
