Job Description:
CCFI is a four year old satellite campus of Christ's Church Mandarin, Jacksonville, FL, with weekly attendance of 700+. It's campus is located in the center of the island surrounded by residential development. We are seeking a proven builder to lead this new congregation toward autonomy and financial independence.
The Senior Pastor should be a gifted communicator, with ability to lead a multiple staff, and with a proven passion for outreach evangelism and church growth. He should have a completed degree from a Christian college affiliated with the Christian Churches of the Restoration Movement. He should be ordained by and have experience with a Christian church affiliated with the Restoration Movement.
