Job Description:
The Hilliard Church of Christ, a non-denominational church of 500 in weekend worship, is seeking an enthusiastic, creative, visionary associate minister who is passionate about preaching, teaching and developing strategies for reaching the lost and programs that facilitate spiritual growth. This position will work with the staff and leadership team to cast vision and develop leaders and ministries within the church. Developing a strong Small Group Ministries is one area of focus.
Desired experience, skills and giftedness: Demonstrated experience in preaching and teaching A passion to reach and lead adults in their personal walk with God Gifts of leadership, organization, preaching, and teaching Experience with developing Small Groups A bachelor's degree or higher from a Christian college A minimum of 5 years experience in a multi-staff, multi-service environment Background must be within the Restoration Movement (Christian Church / Church of Christ)
