This position brings with it the privilege of embracing and building upon a music tradition of excellence that is valued by both the congregation and community, but would not be limited by that tradition. The right individual for this position will bring the leadership skills to support and enhance the experience of God through music for both the participant and the non-participant alike. We welcome someone who will challenge us and broaden our horizons as a church, thereby further developing our music ministry in the community. We are a body of people from varied Christian church backgrounds, who come together to actively worship God. Our congregation of 900 members seeks the energy, experience and inspiration of an individual with vision who understands both the challenges and opportunities that come with a church of this size.

STARTING SALARY
Starting salary range is $40,000 + and is commensurate with qualitications, experience and duties.

This is the debut album by EXW friend Paul Langford. Paul is a Chicago based singer, arranger, keyboardist, producer and conductor. Paul has a career that spans 14 years. Paul's work includes arranging for groups like GLAD, Voices of Liberty, VoiceTrek, The Chicago based "Caroling Party" and Day of Discovery Singers. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
