Director of Children, Youth , & Family Ministries
(Lay or Ordained)St. Paul's, Centreville, Maryland, seeks a Part-Time (20 Hrs. per week), Director of Children Youth & Family Ministries to lead and administer our K-12 youth Christian formation programs. The primary responsibilities of this position include: providing comprehensive leadership of the program; designing classroom curriculum, lessons, and experiential learning activities; recruiting, coaching, training, and providing resource support for volunteer lay teachers; and performing program administrative activities as needed (i.e. developing budgets, maintaining program calendar, ordering supplies, fostering communication, etc). This position reports to the Rector of St Paul's.
Position requirements include: strong interpersonal and leadership skills; demonstrated program planning and administration skills; experience in directing Christian formation programs; and a proven
track record of successfully working with children and their parents in a collaborative fashion.
The ideal candidate would possess the following desired skills: Experience with existing Episcopal Curriculum (J2A, Godly Play). A passion for working with youth of all ages and knowledge of child
development.

This is the debut album by EXW friend Paul Langford. Paul is a Chicago based singer, arranger, keyboardist, producer and conductor. Paul has a career that spans 14 years. Paul's work includes arranging for groups like GLAD, Voices of Liberty, VoiceTrek, The Chicago based "Caroling Party" and Day of Discovery Singers. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
