Hume Lake Christian Camps (HLCC) is one of the largest, year round Christian camping programs in the world. The 320 acre, lake front property is located in California's beautiful Sierra Nevada range. Candidates who have a proven track record as the CEO (or a strong #2) in a faith based organization, or have been a successful CEO in the private/public sector, plus having served in a leadership role in the ministry, are encouraged to apply. The position requires an out front leader of leaders, team builder, decision maker, visionary, is responsive, spiritual leader (1 Tim 3), goodwill ambassador, passionate for reaching others for Christ and can have fun.

This is the debut album by EXW friend Paul Langford. Paul is a Chicago based singer, arranger, keyboardist, producer and conductor. Paul has a career that spans 14 years. Paul's work includes arranging for groups like GLAD, Voices of Liberty, VoiceTrek, The Chicago based "Caroling Party" and Day of Discovery Singers. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
