Job Title: Worship/Music Director First Christian Church (FCC) in Venice, FL is seeking a part time, uniquely gifted individual to promote and grow a Worship/Music Ministry that encourages, empowers and engages the entire congregation to develop positive relationships with Jesus Christ, themselves and others.
The FCC Worship/Music Director must have: relevant training, education and experience; knowledge of both contemporary and traditional worship/music styles; a good understanding of the Bible; a passion for Jesus Christ as his/her Lord & Savior; and the calling to spread the Good News through worship and music.

The Director of Worship and Music Ministries will:
* Have responsibility for the planning, organization, performance and evaluation of FCC's Worship and Music Ministries.
* Provide leadership and coordination of all youth music/worship in cooperation with the Youth Leader.
* Plan worship and music for all seasonal, festival and other non-Sunday worship services in cooperation with pastor and the Vision Team.
* Link with organizations, people, and resources in and beyond the congregation that are concerned about church music.
* Administer the business affairs of the worship and music ministry of FCC including developing music budgets and overseeing expenditures.

This is the debut album by EXW friend Paul Langford. Paul is a Chicago based singer, arranger, keyboardist, producer and conductor. Paul has a career that spans 14 years. Paul's work includes arranging for groups like GLAD, Voices of Liberty, VoiceTrek, The Chicago based "Caroling Party" and Day of Discovery Singers. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
