Multimedia Director
Are you ready to plunge into one of the most vibrant, transformational environments on the planet? Quest Community Church (44th fastest-growing church in America & averaging 3,400 in attendance) is seeking a Multimedia Director to oversee all aspects of digital media production, including: video creation & production, live broadcast production, multi-site video feeds, and live webcast. The person we're looking for is a creative, innovative artist with proven experience leading and growing a team of multimedia specialists.
This fall, we're opening a new 2,500 seat auditorium equipped with the latest in video and internet technology. Our first multi-site campus is 30 minutes down the road and its rapid growth is being fueled by a stunning 16 ft HD screen that drives the services... and the next campus could be right around the corner. Our live webcasts of weekend worship experiences are reaching people around the world – England, South Africa, India, and Australia are just some of the countries tuning in.
And it's all just beginning.

The following is a list of technical skills and leadership experience that will best suit you for this position:
technical skills Bachelors degree in Broadcast Communications or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2 years experience working with production software including: FinalCut Pro, Motion, DVD Studio Pro, Compressor, FinalCut Server, and Photoshop. Understanding of multiple video codecs including: ProRes422, H.264, MPEG4, MPEG2, Animation, DV/NTSC, DVCPRO. Experience shooting with professional cameras and working with studio lighting. After Effects, Cinema 4D, or other design or production software experience a plus Minimum 2 years experience working in a live multi-camera production environment involving graphics and multiple playback devices.
leadership experience Verifiable experience leading a team of people in various aspects of video production (conceptualization, filming, direction, editing). Verifiable experience growing a team of video specialists and raising up other leaders. Able to manage time and schedules well and to meet deadlines consistently. A conceptual thinker who is able to see ideas through to completion in a rapidly changing environment. Leadership style that is people-focused, results-oriented and adaptable to frequent change.

His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
