Looking for a new adventure? Seattle First Presbyterian Church is searching for a part time Worship Leader. We are an historic church that has experienced a new beginning, with a renewed mission to share the good news of Christ with the city of Seattle. We desire to be, and are becoming, a faith community that reflects the cultural, ethnic and economic diversity of the urban environment. We value worship that is God-centered, Spirit-inspired, and eclectic and "global" in style, with an emphasis on the musical genres that speak to, and for, young adults in Seattle. Our musical base is an ensemble, including bass, drums, piano and guitar, along with other instruments such as violin, keyboard, Conga, etc. The atmosphere is energetic, relaxed and informal. We worship in a newly renovated chapel with multi-media capabilities. We are looking for a worship leader who shares our mission, with both experience and a desire to learn and grow.
