General Overview: "To provide and direct comprehensive children's programs (newborn- 6th grade) designed to assist parents in teaching their children to know, love, and follow Jesus. He/She will oversee all ministries related to children with the goal of assisting the senior pastor in "leading the church to glorify God through worship, evangelism, educations, and fellowship", as it applies to children.

Paul's work includes arranging for groups like GLAD, Voices of Liberty, VoiceTrek, The Chicago based "Caroling Party" and Day of Discovery Singers. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
