Harmony Christian Church, a fast growing Christ-centered church in Georgetown, KY, has an immediate full-time opening for Worship Director. This position will lead, organize, coach, develop, and support all corporate worship activities of the church.The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate would have the ability to create a dynamic and authentic worship environment for the body of Christ. This includes all music (instrumental and vocal) and visual works.
The ideal candidate would exhibit versatility with a variety of styles of music and media, and strive to do everything with excellence. They would be able to work well with the various talented individuals that God has brought to Harmony, and lead various worship teams both spiritually and musically. This person would be organized, and able to coordinate, plan, and schedule all areas related to worship. They would have the knowledge and ability to incorporate the latest technical methods, and must be familiar with all copyright regulations, using only acceptable material.
The ideal candidate would always be receptive to where God is leading, even if that means giving up the familiar and trying new and innovative ways to inspire others. They must be teachable, and should be ever willing to grow and develop their ministry. The ideal candidate would be a Christ-like example to all those they come in contact with. This person must be dependable, stable, and enthusiastic about the opportunity to serve Christ by serving others. They should be able to put forth a quality of work that honors God and moves people "one step closer" in their walk with Christ. They are to be a wise, mature Christian that has served in a similar capacity at a Christ-centered church in good standing. They must believe in the basic tenants of the church, including those which can be found at http://www.harmonychristianchurch.com/believe.shtml. They would be dedicated to the spiritual vision of Harmony Christian Church (SEEK-GROW-SERVE-LOVE). This person would be a total team player, likeable by all, and work very well with church staff and lay leadership to help others accomplish ministry goals. They must deeply love their families and love others.
And most importantly, they would be forever striving to deepen their personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

This is the debut album by EXW friend Paul Langford. Paul is a Chicago based singer, arranger, keyboardist, producer and conductor. Paul has a career that spans 14 years. Paul's work includes arranging for groups like GLAD, Voices of Liberty, VoiceTrek, The Chicago based "Caroling Party" and Day of Discovery Singers. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
