Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, motivated Director of Music Ministry to develop and direct music programs that contribute to the ministry and growth of our church, a suburban congregation with a tradition of music excellence. The successful candidate will possess proven leadership skills and will be an accomplished choir director and organist/pianist. Responsibilities include:

-- Direct and lead the 22+ voice adult chancel choir weekly in one 10:30am Sunday service, with one weekly rehearsal.

-- Perform on the 1965 Austin pipe organ, extensively renovated in 2008.

-- Provide music for all services, weddings and funerals of the church. Present seasonal concerts and recitals.

-- Plan all services at weekly meetings and develop new programs to attract new members working closely with Senior and Assistant Ministers.
