DIRECTOR OF YOUTH MINISTRYWe are seeking a spiritually mature person committed to bringing children and youth into relationship with God through Jesus Christ.
This is to be a part-time salaried position.
This person should promote and enable programming among children, youth and related adults on a weekly basis.
Activities should be designed that ensure spiritual development and attract others to the children and youth programs through fellowship, worship/study, leadership and outreach/mission.
This person will work in concert with the senior minister and the overall church program.
General Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
1. Research and recommend resources such as materials and curriculum
2. Coordinate children and youth programming with the overall church program/church calendar
3. Enable overnight "lock-ins", retreats and trips
4. Be available to teach, if needed, in the Sunday School program and other study programs as needed
5. Plan, coordinate and oversee children and youth participation in regular worship services, special services and Youth Sunday
6. Serve as a resource for the Christian Education ministry committee as needed

This is the debut album by EXW friend Paul Langford. Paul is a Chicago based singer, arranger, keyboardist, producer and conductor. Paul has a career that spans 14 years. Paul's work includes arranging for groups like GLAD, Voices of Liberty, VoiceTrek, The Chicago based "Caroling Party" and Day of Discovery Singers. His arranging has appeared on recordings side by side with greats like Gene Puerling and David Maddux, and he has sung with Don Shelton, Bonnie Herman and Bob Bowker, among others.
