Job Description:
Trinity Evangelical Free Church in Lakeville, MN, is seeking a Director of Worship Ministries. Requirements: Creative and adaptable in musical styles, and management skills to oversee a large and diverse worship ministry. See the attached job description for more details.
Specific Key Result Areas
1. Oversee the worship vision for multiple styles of God-honoring worship.
2. Plan and lead at least one style of congregational worship.
3. Oversee the discovery and development of the musical gifts of the congregation.
4. Oversee and direct choral and instrumental groups.
5. Schedule all aspects of the worship ministry.
6. Oversee all technical operations for worship including sound, lighting, and visual.
7. Oversee the production of videos needed in the worship service.
8. Oversee ministry of any other art forms used for worship.
9. Oversee the decoration of the sanctuary for special holidays.
10. Develop and manage the worship budget.
11. Other related duties as may be determined in conjunction with the Senior Pastor.
