Are you ready to plunge into one of the most vibrant, transformational environments on the planet? Quest Community Church (44th fastest-growing church in America; averaging 3,300 in weekly attendance) is seeking a Multimedia Director to oversee all aspects of digital media production, including: video creation & production, live broadcast production, multi-site video feeds, and live webcast. The person we're looking for is a creative, innovative artist with proven experience leading and growing a team of multimedia specialists.
Here's a quick snapshot of skills/experiences you'll need:
Minimum 2 years experience working with production software including: FinalCut Pro, Motion, DVD Studio Pro, Compressor, After Effects, and Photoshop.
Minimum 2 years experience working in a live multi-camera production environment involving graphics and multiple playback devices.
Verifiable experience leading a growing team of people in all aspects of video production.
Leadership style that is people-focused, results-oriented and adaptable to frequent change.
